The premiere of the NOW collection for the Winter 2021/22 season took place on December 18, 2020. An image campaign by Agata Serge and a dynamic advertising film by Paweł Grabowski and WOW Pictures completed the presentation of the collection now available for pre-order.

“The idea for the collection was born during the difficult lockdown period, when most of us became friends with streaming platforms. I was absorbed by the documentary series The Last Dance telling the story of the iconic Chicago Bulls team, which, in addition to the story of Michael Jordan, also showed fascinating personalities from the world of basketball: Denis Rodman, Scottie Pippen and Phil Jackson. The team's coach, nicknamed Zen Master, was fascinated by the culture of Native Americans and the Zen movement, which he successfully used in his work with the famous Bulls. – Robert Kupisz talks about inspiration. “I was most fascinated by Rodman – unique, untamed, crazy. His passion for tattoos, piercings, colorful hair and experimenting with style made him one of the most colorful athletes in the world, and his image inspired me to create the NOW collection: colorful, optimistic and rebellious.

As a result of these fascinations, the most colorful collection in the history of the Qπш Robert Kupisz brand was created. “Fatigue with the pandemic situation in the world made me want to give customers the joy of wearing colorful clothes. That's why I used intense oranges, pinks, yellows, blues and animal prints in the collection, and I dedicate the collection to all those who strive for freedom and tolerance and are not afraid to express themselves through style. – says the designer.

The main motif of the collection is a bull's head print inspired by the Indian totem, which was the emblem of the family clan in Indian culture. The totem was most often an animal that was considered the protector of the family. The NOW collection is a controlled eclecticism. The designer decided to use contrasting color combinations, combining various animal motifs with colorful checks, blue jeans or nylon. This season, Qπш Robert Kupisz continues the trend of hand-dyeing, which has been the brand's hallmark since the beginning of its existence, and customers will find iconic T-shirts and sweatshirts with prints that are collector's items. The collection is dominated by a comfortable casual style, which can be adapted to any occasion with the help of appropriate accessories. The offer for the Winter 2021/22 season includes winter vests and jackets, sweatshirts and trousers made of soft sweatshirt fabric, comfortable flannel shirts, loose T-shirts, denim trousers and jackets, and eye-catching dresses. The collection is complemented by colorful accessories in the form of best-selling hats, scarves and socks. The fabrics are primarily soft, high-quality cotton, certified viscose from sustainable production, nylon, jeans made from a combination of cotton, recycled cotton and recycled polyester, and natural leather. The jackets use Climashield® Apex™ insulation used in winter clothes produced for the US army. The collection was made in Poland.

The photo session created by Agata Serge is as colorful and lively as the NOW collection. "The leitmotifs of Robert Kupisz's new campaign are playing with colors and the 'print on print' action." We tried to match the styles to the background alternately, so that the series of photos would be coherent in appearance. We used two different cameras to perform the session: digital and analog - Mamiya RZ67. The rolls from the analog camera were developed, then scanned and included in the final layout. Robert's new collection as well as the backgrounds specially prepared for the session are very saturated with color, and this procedure with a combination of analog and digital photos combines the final material into an orderly whole. – the author talks about the session.

The photos are complemented by a film by Paweł Grabowski from WOW Pictures.
